We’re known for our love of DOXA Subs.
In any flavor, any color, from the classic, orange-dialed Professional to the stunning silver-dialed Searambler, we love 'em all. In fact, the original inspiration behind Analog:Shift was squarely centered on DOXA!
While not nearly as well-known as the Blancpain Fifty-Fathoms or the Rolex Submariner, the DOXA Sub series played an integral role in the development of the modern diver's watch.
During the second half of the 20th century, DOXA was bought and sold numerous times. In 1978 under the Aubry Freres Company, DOXA would continue to produce their cushion-cased watches that we all know and love, but also went on to release a new line with an entirely different case design. The example offered here is one such watch. With increased water resistance, a 4:00 crown position, a new bracelet design, and interestingly - an asymmetrical and slightly smaller 39.5mm case, the 600T was born.
The 600T enjoyed a short lived life of just a few years of production in the 1980s — that is, until the second half of 2021 with the release of a new lineup — with a full offering of both classic and new colorways.
This particular version is a limited edition model, featuring a 40mm titanium case with a sapphire crystal, a signed crown, a lovely, luminous royal blue 'Pacific' dial — only available in this LE — with a matching handset, a unidirectional rotating dive timing bezel with a matching blue insert, and and a matching royal blue rubber strap with a signed steel depolyant clasp.
Lesser-known than its cushion-cased siblings, the 600T has always offered a more brutal-looking, yet smaller alternative to its cushion-cased siblings.
This is your chance to grab one of just 200 units in this configuration in outstanding, virtually unworn condition for a song!
